Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with PodRepurpose.ai within 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at hello@podrepurpose.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• Valid for new subscribers only (first-time paid subscription)
• Must be requested within 14 days of your first payment
• Maximum one refund claim per account
• Does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@podrepurpose.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in your billing cycle after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
• Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
• Subscription renewals
• Accounts with evidence of abuse or fraud
