4. Your Content and AI Training

Your audio files, transcripts, and generated content are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Your content is processed solely to provide you with the service you requested.

5. Data Retention

Audio files are deleted from our servers after transcription is complete. Generated content and episode metadata are retained in your account until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is built on Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

• Anthropic Claude: AI content generation
• Paddle: Payment processing
